Ocean Beach Trailer Resort is a family-owned resort community on the South Jersey shore! Located in Strathmere, OBTR has been servicing the seasonal trailer and motorhome community for over 70 years.
OBTR is the only Trailer Resort by the Beach in New Jersey! We're also just a short, 5-10 minute drive from the Ocean City and Sea Isle City beaches, 30 minutes from the Atlantic City beaches and casinos, and 30 minutes from historic Cape May!

Park Rules/Regs:
Season: Begins May 1st and ends October 1st. (Call / Email for rates!)

Sites include all hookups (water/sewer/electric/cable).
